 Equilibri-Yum Incorporated was created to combine the various businesses of Derek & Deanna Dahlsad under one corporate identity. The cooperation of this pair began in early 2003 by Deanna recruiting Derek's webdesign and programming skills to expand her existing projects. As time progressed, the pair grew closer, both in business and personal lives, and the two were eventually married in July 2004. Plans for incorporating as a means to define the self-employed businesses had begun earlier that year, and Equilibri-Yum Inc. was brought into existence in August 2004. Operations began officially on 1 September 2004. Derek and Deanna became official employees of Equilibri-Yum Inc on 1 January 2005. |
